Esihflajš | Slovenian Meat Salad

Esihflajš — A nostalgic Slovenian Meat Salad made with preserved beef from homemade soup broth. 

RECIPE (Serves 3-4)
1 pound of cooked beef reserved from soup broth, cut into pieces 
1 small onion, sliced 
oil (pumpkin seed oil or any type of oil)
vinegar (apple cider, white or balsamic)
Salt & pepper to taste 
Hard boiled egg 

1. Place meat, onions, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar into a bowl. Mix well. 
2. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 1 hour. 
3. Serve with a hard boiled egg.
