Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

In the event we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please understand that there could be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are out of my control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping: We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Slovenian Kitchen is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping to P.O. boxes: 

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sloveniankitchen@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
