Osnovni krepe recept | Kako narediti slovenske crepes | Palačinke(Video)
To je enostaven osnovni recept za Palačinke (crepes). Palačinke so tanke palačinke v slovenskem slogu. Podobno kot krepa. Slovenci si jih niso izmislili, so pa zagotovo zelo priljubljeni v številnih evropskih državah.
Odrasel sem jih jedla in tudi moji fantje jih imajo radi. Čeprav je zelo preprost recept, da bi bilo treba nekaj poskusov obvladati popolno batter in doslednost.
V naši hiši jih uživamo za zajtrk, kosilo ali sladico. Lahko jih napolnimo s sladkimi ali slano polnili. V tem videu bom delil, kako uživati v obeh pogledih.
Sestavine
‣ 1 skodelica moke (vse namene) - prelita
‣ 3 velika jajca – Prepričajte se, da so vaša jajca na sobni temperaturi. Odstranite jih iz hladilnika približno 30 min. preden začnete praviti batter
‣ 1 skodelica mleka
‣ 3/4 skodelice mineralne gazirane vode
‣ 2 Tbsp olje ali stopljeno maslo
‣ ščip soli
Kako enostavno klasično slovenski slog crepes:
- V mešalniku v moki sejejo 3 jajca, mleko, gazirana mineralna voda, 2 Tbspovo olje & sol. Uporabite mehička, da združite sestavine skupaj res dobro. Uporabljate lahko tudi mešalnik rok ali pa je še enostavnejša metoda uporaba mešalnika.
- Dovolite, da se batter spočije približno 20-30 minut.
- Ponev ščetkamo z majhno količino olja/masla in prelijemo v približno 1/3 skodelico batterja. Nagibati ponev, da se bo batter razmahnil.
- Kuhajte nad nizko do srednje toploto približno minuto, dokler se krepa ne začne odmikati od strani ponve. Nadaljujte s kuhanjem s preostalim batterjem, pazite in prilagodite toploto, če se kreme prehitro kuhajo.
- Napolnite svoje palačinke s svojim najljubšim polnjenjem in bodisi roll up ali zložljiv na pol dvakrat! Dobertek
